We are excited about serving our community with music lessons! We have classes for homeschoolers, preschoolers, elementary, middle school, and highschoolers, and adults too! Music is not only fun to learn, but it's a great way to get to know other students and to learn and grow in so many areas. In fact, scientific studies continue to show how learning a musical instrument accelerates language development, improves math and science skills, enhances physical coordination, and strengthens memory and reading retention. Also, learning to play a musical instrument is a great way for adults to remain mentally active and alert.
All of our teachers have Bachelor's and/or Master's degrees in music or the equivalent in professional training/experience (please see our teacher biographies) but more importantly, they love to teach and to encourage students to do their best. We at Keyboard for Kids & More! believe that practically anyone can learn to play a musical instrument, given the opportunity. We offer a variety of curriculum choices and can tailor the lessons according to the student's needs and desires. Please let us know how we can best serve your needs. Please Note: Exact scheduling will take place once the registration form and deposit have been made. Staff will contact you by telephone to arrange an exact time. If a mutually agreeable time cannot be scheduled, deposit will be refunded.

2006 Just Plain Folks Music Awards Nominations The Just Plain Folks Music Organization has officially announced the
nominees for its 2006 Just Plain Folks Music Awards. After receiving
over 25,500 albums and 350,000 songs from 105 countries, Nominations
for Best Song in 67 Genres and Best Album in 81 categories have been
posted. In addition, we have posted this year's Lyric and Video
Nominees. David and Sarah Bilowus have been nominated for best song in the piano instrumental category with their song entitled, Congedier from their album, Year of the Cicada. |
